Baked Ziti with Turkey Sausage

Ingredients

  • 8 oz Ziti pasta, uncooked
  • 1 Italian Turkey Sausage
  • 24 oz Fat-free tomato and basil pasta sauce
  • 1 cup Part skim ricotta cheese
  • 2 tbsp Shredded parmesan cheese, shredded

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Cook pasta and turkey sausage according to package directions.
  3. Slice sausage into 1/4-inch pieces.
  4. Place sausage and pasta sauce in a medium saucepan, and cook until hot.
  5. Meanwhile, evenly spread out ziti in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  6. Drop teaspoons of ricotta cheese over pasta and spread to cover.
  7. Spread sauce with sausage over cheese, and sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the top.
  8. Bake uncovered for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
