Baked Lemon-Ginger Grouper

Ingredients
- 1 lb Grouper fillet
- 1/8 tsp Kosher salt
- 1 tbsp Shallots, chopped
- 2 tbsp Unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp Lemons, juiced
- 1 tbsp Fresh ginger root, grated
- 1/8 tsp Ground black pepper
Instructions
- Heat oven to 450°F.
- Add oil, butter, lemon juice, ginger, salt, pepper and shallot to a shallow casserole or baking dish large enough to hold fish.
- Heat dish in oven 5 minutes or until butter melts and begins to sizzle.
- Remove dish from oven and turn fish in lemon-ginger mixture to coat both sides.
- Return to oven and bake fish 5 to 7 minutes or until the fish begins to flake when tested with a fork.
