Baked Fish Sammies with Lemon and Garlic Aioli

Ingredients
- 4 Tilapia fillets
- 1 tsp Lemon extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tsp Ground black pepper
- 1 tbsp Fresh lemons, juiced
- 1/4 tsp Original flavor Tabasco
- 1 Fresh garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 4 Burger buns, toasted
- 2 cups Iceberg lettuce, shredded
- 1 Salad tomato(es), sliced
Instructions
- Preheat oven at 400°F.
- Place tilapia fillets onto a foil lined sheet pan. Drizzle fish with Giovani Lemon Extra Virgin Olive Oil and sprinkle with pepper.
- Place fish in oven and cook for 10 minutes, or until fish is done and flaky.
- While fish is cooking, combine lemon juice, Tabasco Sauce, and minced garlic with mayonnaise and whisk to combine.
- To build the burger, spoon lemon and garlic mayo onto bottom portion of burger bun, then top with tilapia fillet.
- Finish with shredded lettuce and tomato. Place top of bun on the burger and serve.
