Baked Chicken Tenders Ranchero

Ingredients
- 16 oz Cheesy chicken enchilada soup
- 1 Green onions, chopped for garnish
- 5 oz Fideo
- 1 cup Mild cheddar cheese, shredded
- 8 Fresh chicken tenders, thawed
- 1 cup White onions, chopped
Instructions
- Heat oven to 450°F.
- Spray a 13 x 9 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.
- Arrange the uncooked fideo (vermicelli) in the baking dish and top with the thawed chicken tenders, chopped onion, the H-E-B Cheesy Enchilada Soup and 1/2 cup water.
- Bake the chicken tenders for 10 minutes then top with shredded cheese and bake for 5 more minutes or until the fideo has absorbed the sauce, do not overcook the chicken will be tough.
- Top with chopped green onions for garnish and serve.
