Baked Cheesy Hummus Spinach Dip

Ingredients

  • 16 oz Roasted Garlic Hummus
  • 2 cups Baby Spinach, finely chopped and pressed into cup for measuring
  • 1 cup Shredded White Cheddar cheese
  • 2 tsp Adams Reserve Classic Italian Bread Dipper
  • 1/4 cup Parmigiano Reggiano, finely shredded
  • 1/4 cup Green onions, finely chopped, green part only

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375˚F.
  2. Combine hummus, chopped spinach, cheddar cheese, and seasoning and spread into small casserole (8 x 8 inches). Sprinkle parmesan cheese over the top.
  3. Bake for 20 minutes or until heated through and cheese on top is melted.
  4. Top with green onions and serve with pita crackers or zuki bean chips.
