  • 1/2 tsp Kosher salt
  • 1 cup Cilantro salsa
  • 8 Mixla tortillas
  • 1 Fresh lime, juiced
  • 1 cup Fresh cilantro, packed for measuring

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Place fish in an oven-safe baking dish and season with kosher salt.
  3. Pour salsa evenly over fish fillets and bake 8 to 10 minutes or until fish reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
  4. Once fish is cooked, remove from oven and allow to cool slightly.
  5. Build you taco by flaking fish onto your tortillas and top with lime juice, cilantro and pico de gallo.
