Unsaved Bagel and Lox Cheeseball

Ingredients

  • 5.2 oz Boursin cheese
  • 1 tbsp Fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tbsp Lemon(s), zest
  • 1 tbsp Lemon(s), juice
  • 1/4 cup Fresh chives, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup Non pareil capers, finely chopped
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
  • 4 oz Sockeye Salmon, chopped
  • 2 Packages bagel crisps

Instructions

  1. Using a food processor or a hand mixer combine all ingredients except bagel crisps. Cover and place in the refrigerator for a minimum of 1 hour to firm.
  2. Using a rolling pin or food processor, crush contents of 1/2 bag of bagel crisps.
  3. Place crushed crisps into a large bowl.
  4. Remove cheese ball mixture from refrigerator. Roll into a ball, then place it in the bowl with crushed crisps. Roll cheese ball to coat.
  5. Remove cheese ball from the crisps and place on a platter. Surround cheese ball with remaining whole bagel crisps and serve.
