Bacon & Spinach Stuffed Shells

Ingredients

  • 12 oz Jumbo shells
  • 2 cups Frozen chopped spinach, thawed
  • 1 cup Fat free cottage cheese
  • 1 slice Fully cooked bacon slices, finely chopped
  • 26 oz Puttanesca Pasta Sauce

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to box instructions and set aside.
  2. Microwave spinach to thaw and strain out excess water.
  3. Combine cottage cheese, bacon and spinach in a mixing bowl.
  4. Fill shells with mixture and place in a baking dish.
  5. Pour pasta sauce over shells and bake for 20 minutes.
