Bacon Jam Pork Chops

Ingredients
- 1 lb Center cut pork chops
- 1/8 tsp Kosher salt
- 1/8 tsp Ground black pepper
- 1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 4.5 oz Bacon jam
- 2 tbsp Goat cheese, plain
- 2 tbsp Fresh cilantro, minced
Instructions
- Lightly season pork chops with salt and pepper.
- Heat a large skillet to medium-high, add oil and brown pork for about 3-5 minutes per side or until internal temperature reads 145°F.
- Spread one spoonful of bacon jam on each pork chop.
- Sprinkle with goat cheese, and a garnish of cilantro. Serve & enjoy!
