Bacon Jam Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Center cut pork chops
  • 1/8 tsp Kosher salt
  • 1/8 tsp Ground black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 4.5 oz Bacon jam
  • 2 tbsp Goat cheese, plain
  • 2 tbsp Fresh cilantro, minced

Instructions

  1. Lightly season pork chops with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat a large skillet to medium-high, add oil and brown pork for about 3-5 minutes per side or until internal temperature reads 145°F.
  3. Spread one spoonful of bacon jam on each pork chop.
  4. Sprinkle with goat cheese, and a garnish of cilantro. Serve & enjoy!
