Bacon Jalapeño Southwest Stuffing

Ingredients

  • 20 oz Pecan Smoked Bacon, diced
  • 1 Small yellow onion, diced
  • 2 Jalapeño peppers, diced
  • 1 cup Celery stalks, diced
  • 2 cups Herb Seasoned Stuffing
  • 1/2 lb Cornbread, diced
  • 9.9 oz Fischer & Wieser Four Star Provisions Southwest Dip
  • 1/4 cup Chicken stock

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a medium sauté pan, render bacon pieces. Once crispy, remove bacon from pan and sauté onion, jalapeno, and celery in bacon drippings.
  3. In a large bowl, combine bacon, sautéed vegetables, and remaining ingredients until mixed well.
  4. Transfer to a baking dish and bake 20 minutes.
