Bacon Glazed Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients
- 1 tsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 cup Low sodium chicken broth
- 4 cups Fresh brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 1/3 cup Fresh shallot(s), finely chopped
- 1/8 tsp Ground black pepper
- 1/8 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Sweet cream salted butter
- 1/2 cup Bacon jam
Instructions
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add Brussels sprouts and season with salt and pepper.
- Cook, stirring often, until well browned in spots and beginning to soften, 5-7 minutes.
- Reduce heat to low and add shallots and butter. Cook, stirring often, until soft, about 3 minutes.
- dd broth; increase heat and bring to a boil, scraping up browned bits from bottom of pan.
- Reduce to medium-low and simmer until broth has evaporated, 1-2 minutes.
- Stir in Bacon Jam and serve.
