  • 4 Hardwood smoked bacon slices, cut into ½ in pieces
  • 1 Small Sweet onion, chopped
  • 8 oz Cheese up original cheese, cut into ½ in cubes

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 400°F. Spray a sheet pan with cooking spray and set aside.
  2. Brown ground beef with bacon and onions in a large skillet on medium-high heat. Drain, return meat to skillet and add Velveeta. Cook 5 minutes or until melted, stirring frequently. Cool 10 minutes.
  3. Unroll pizza dough on prepared sheet pan and press into a 15x8-inch rectangle. Top evenly with meat mixture. Starting along a long side, roll up the dough and meat to make a log. Pinch edges to seal and turn seam-side down on pan.
  4. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
