Bacon Blue Cheese Steak Burgers

Unsaved Bacon Blue Cheese Steak Burgers

Ingredients

  • 1 lb 96% Lean Ground Beef
  • 1 tbsp Steak sauce
  • 1 tsp Ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup Green onion, chopped
  • 4 oz Mushrooms, sliced
  • 4 tbsp Bacon jam
  • 1/2 cup Blue cheese, crumbled

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine beef, steak sauce, black pepper, and green onions. Mix well and form into 4 equal patties.
  2. Spray a large sauté pan with non-stick spray and over medium heat.
  3. Sauté mushrooms until well browned. Remove to a bowl.
  4. In the same sauté pan, spray a bit more non-stick spray then add the four preformed patties.
  5. Cook 6 minutes on one side then turn.
  6. Add 1 tbsp. of bacon jam to each burger, and then top with blue cheese.
  7. Cover and cook a few minutes until the cheese begins to melt.
  8. Remove from the pan and place on a plate. Top with sautéed mushrooms and serve.
