Bacon and Chive Whipped Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb Sweet potatoes
- 4 oz H-E-B Creamy Bacon & Chives Cooking Sauce
- 1/2 tsp Ground Black Pepper
- 1/4 cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese, grated
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375ºF. Wash and dry sweet potatoes then poke once with a fork. Bake 30 to 45 minutes until fork tender.
- Using an oven mitt or clean towel, carefully hold potatoes and cut in half. Scoop out flesh and transfer to a bowl.
- With a hand mixer, whip in cooking sauce, pepper and Parmesan cheese. Serve hot.
