Unsaved Bacon and Chive Whipped Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb Sweet potatoes
  • 4 oz H-E-B Creamy Bacon & Chives Cooking Sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Black Pepper
  • 1/4 cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese, grated

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375ºF. Wash and dry sweet potatoes then poke once with a fork. Bake 30 to 45 minutes until fork tender.
  2. Using an oven mitt or clean towel, carefully hold potatoes and cut in half. Scoop out flesh and transfer to a bowl.
  3. With a hand mixer, whip in cooking sauce, pepper and Parmesan cheese. Serve hot.
