Asian Spiced Chicken Thighs

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Rice wine vinegar
  • 1 1/2 lb Chicken thighs
  • 2 tsp Hoisin sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp Canola oil
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp Garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp Fresh ginger root, grated

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients together in large zip top bag. Place chicken in bag marinate 30 minutes to 1 hour.
  2. Preheat grill to medium heat. Remove chicken from marinade, gently shaking off any extra and place on grill.
  3. Grill chicken thighs about 7 minutes per side.
  4. Note: Thighs have lots of fat so they can cause flare ups, which can cause bitter and undesirable flavors.…Keep spray bottle of water by grill to put out any unruly flames.
