Unsaved Asian Inspired Shrimp Pasta

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 lb Peeled shrimp, 30/50 ct
  • 7 oz Diced 3 color bell peppers
  • 1 cup Matchstick carrots
  • 9 oz Toasted sesame cooking sauce
  • 4 cups Spaghetti, prepared according to package instructions

Instructions

  1. Place a large sauté pan over medium- high to high heat and add olive oil and shrimp. Cook until shrimp begin to curl.
  2. Add bell peppers, carrots and cooking sauce; stir to combine.
  3. Stir in cooked pasta and heat until hot. Serve.
  4. Chef's Note: If desired, add red pepper flakes to give the dish some heat or add fresh cilantro and lime juice for a fresh finish.
