Asian Chicken over Rice with Vegetables

Ingredients

  • 14 oz Frozen vegetables in butter sauce
  • 12 oz Fully cooked chicken breast fajitas, thawed
  • 1/2 cup Thai style peanut dressing
  • 1/4 cup Spicy peanuts, chopped
  • 16 oz Steamable Asian rice

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetables and rice according to package directions and keep warm.
  2. Heat skillet over medium heat for 3 minutes.
  3. Add chicken and stir-fry for 1 minute.
  4. Add dressing and stir-fry for 1 more minute until chicken is heated through.
  5. Spread rice in platter and top with vegetables, chicken mixture and peanuts.
