Arrachera Borracha Tacos (Beer Marinated Skirt Steak)

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb Beef inside skirt steak skinless, USDA select
- 1 tbsp Steak seasoning spice blend
- 12 fl oz Shiner Bock beer
- 8 Mixla tortillas
Instructions
- Season skirt steak on both sides with steak seasoning. Place in a resealable plastic bag, add beer and seal. Marinate for 1 to 2 hours in the refrigerator.
- Preheat grill (or grill pan) to medium-high. Spray both sides of tortillas lightly with oil and toast lightly on both sides. Wrap with foil to keep warm.
- Grill meat (on same grill) for 5 to 6 minutes on each side, or until internal temperature is 145ºF. Rest for 5 to 10 minutes before slicing very thinly across the grain.
- Load toasted tortillas with meat and your favorite taco toppings such as pico de gallo, avocado, sour cream and cheese.
