  • 4 Pork chops, 1-inch thick
  • 1/2 White onion, sliced

Instructions

  1. Season chops with oil, sage, salt and pepper; place a large skillet over a medium-high heat; place each chop in pan, and sear 3 minutes per side.
  2. Remove chops, then add apples and onions; sauté 4 minutes, then add vinegar and apple cider; let sauce come to a gentle simmer, and return chops to the pan.
  3. Adjust heat to medium, cover and allow chops and apples to cook together 4 minutes.
