Angel Hair Pasta with Italian Sausage

Ingredients

  • 16 oz Angel hair pasta
  • 20 oz Ground mild Italian sausage
  • 26 oz Tomato & Basil Pasta Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Green onions, chopped
  • 1 Jalapeño peppers, seeded and chopped
  • 1 cup Grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, heat a large skillet over high heat for 3 minutes.
  3. Remove sausage from casing and cook according to package directions.
  4. Drain fat from skillet, add pasta sauce to cooked sausage and bring to a boil over high heat.
  5. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 5 minutes to blend flavors.
  6. Combine cooked pasta and sauce in a large pasta bowl and top with green onions, jalapeño pepper and grated Parmesan cheese; toss to coat.
