5 min prep
15 min cook

Serves 6

Ingredients

  • 6 Bakery sub rolls, (can also use hot dog buns)
  • 4 oz Three cheese blend
  • 8 slices Bacon, finely chopped
  • 6 Beef brisket hot dogs
  • 1/2 cup Bbq sauce
  • 11.4 oz Garden Lime Crunch Chopped Salad Kit, prepared according to package directions
  • 1/2 cup Candied jalapeños

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350˚F.
  2. Split buns in half, leaving one long side attached so they open like a book. Place on a foil lined baking sheet and divide cheese equally between buns. Set aside while oven heats.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium-high. Add bacon and cook about 4 minutes, or until crispy. Remove from pan and drain any excess fat.
  4. Add hot dogs to pan and cook until nicely browned and heated through, about 5 minutes. Remove pan from heat.
  5. Place buns in oven to heat for 4 to 5 minutes, just long enough to melt cheese.
  6. To assemble put 1 hot dog in each bun. Top with BBQ Sauce, chopped salad, candied jalapeños and bacon.
