Ingredients

  • 2 Medium yukon gold potatoes, peeled and large diced
  • 1 Cauliflower florets
  • 2 tbsp Avocado oil
  • 2 Fresh garlic clove, minced
  • 1 Medium yellow onion, medium diced
  • 1 tbsp Garam Masala Seasoning
  • 1 Lotus Kitchen Chicken Korma Simmer Sauce

Instructions

  1. In a pot, add peeled and diced potatoes, cover with water and boil until fork tender. Drain off water.
  2. Meanwhile, microwave cauliflower florets for 1 to 2 minutes.
  3. Add avocado oil to a deep skillet along with cooked potatoes, cauliflower, diced onions, minced garlic and Adams Reserve Garam Masala Seasoning.
  4. Add Lotus Kitchen Korma Simmer Sauce and simmer until veggies are fork tender.
