Alfredo Primavera

Unsaved Alfredo Primavera

Ingredients

  • 8 oz Spaghetti
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 5 cups Vegetable stir fry blend
  • 4 Garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 16 oz Alfredo pasta sauce
  • 1/4 cup Fresh basil, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions, drain and keep warm.
  2. Heat a large skillet over high heat for 3 minutes.
  3. Add olive oil and Asian vegetable mixture, then stir fry for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add the garlic and stir fry for 1 more minute.
  5. Stir in Alfredo sauce and 1/2 cup of water.
  6. Stir mixture over high heat and bring to a boil.
  7. Reduce heat to low and cook for 5 minutes.
  8. Top with basil and serve.
