Al Pastor Tomahawk Steaks

Ingredients

  • 4 Pork tomahawk ribeye steaks, (about 1 lb each)
  • 2 tbsp Adams Reserve Al Pastor Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Grapeseed oil

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat grill to medium high heat.
  2. Drizzle oil over tomahawk steaks. Sprinkle seasoning generously over steaks.
  3. Grill on each side for 5 to 6 minutes or until pork reaches an internal temperature of 145°F on a meat thermometer. Allow to rest for 5 to 10 minutes before slicing.
  4. Chef's note: Serve with mango pico de gallo or Pineapple Feta Salsa (recipe on heb.com)
