Al Pastor Tomahawk Steaks

Ingredients
- 4 Pork tomahawk ribeye steaks, (about 1 lb each)
- 2 tbsp Adams Reserve Al Pastor Seasoning
- 1 tbsp Grapeseed oil
Instructions
- Pre-heat grill to medium high heat.
- Drizzle oil over tomahawk steaks. Sprinkle seasoning generously over steaks.
- Grill on each side for 5 to 6 minutes or until pork reaches an internal temperature of 145°F on a meat thermometer. Allow to rest for 5 to 10 minutes before slicing.
- Chef's note: Serve with mango pico de gallo or Pineapple Feta Salsa (recipe on heb.com)
