Air Fryer Toasted Marshmallow Fluff Waffles

Ingredients

  • 1 No stick extra virgin olive oil spray, as needed
  • 8 Marshmallows, plus more as needed
  • 2 Belgian style waffles, plus more as needed
  • 1/2 cup Maple syrup, as needed
  • 1.5 l Air fryer

Instructions

  1. Spray 1.5 quart air fryer basket with non-stick spray, add marshmallows standing up, packed tightly together. Set fryer for 8 minutes at 350ºF.
  2. While marshmallows are toasting, cook waffles according to package instructions. Set aside on plates.
  3. When marshmallows are done, use a butter knife or off-set spatula and scoop a little toasted marshmallow on top of each waffle.
  4. Drizzle with maple syrup and garnish with chocolate chips if desired.
  5. Chef’s Note: This recipe works great with any size air fryer but cook time will vary based on machine size.
