Air Fryer Toasted Coconut

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Shredded, sweetened coconut, plus more as needed
  • 1.5 l Air fryer

Instructions

  1. Place coconut flakes into a 1.5 quart air fryer basket in one even layer.
  2. Set temperature to 350°F and timer for 8 minutes. Halfway through cooking give coconut a toss to ensure even toasting.
  3. Once done place onto a plate and allow to cool and coconut to crisp. Serve over cereal, ice cream or as a garnish for cakes.
  4. Chef’s Note: This recipe works great with any size air fryer but cook time will vary based on machine size.
