  • 15 oz Fresh okra, wash and dry thoroughly
  • 2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp Chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Smoked paprika
  • 5 3/4 qt Air fryer

Instructions

  1. Place okra into a bowl, toss with olive oil, chili powder, garlic powder and smoked paprika. Season with a generous pinch of salt and pepper.
  2. Add okra to 5.5 quart air fryer basket, spread out evenly in basket and close unit. Set temperature to 400ºF and timer to 15 minutes.
  3. Once cooked, place onto a serving dish and allow to cool slightly before serving.
  4. Chef’s Note: This recipe works great with any size air fryer but cook time will vary based on machine size.
