Unsaved Air Fryer 'Shrimp Boil' for Two

Ingredients

  • 3 Small red potatoes, sliced 1/2 inch rounds
  • 2 Corn on the cob, cut into thirds
  • 1 lb Fresh, shell-on white shrimp, defrosted
  • 14 oz Smoked sausage, cut into 3 inch pieces
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp Old Bay seasoning

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients together in a large bowl and drizzle with oil, Old Bay Seasoning, salt and pepper. Transfer to the basket attachment of air fryer and place basket on the pan.
  2. Place in the air fryer and set to the fish setting, toss after 7 minutes.
  3. Carefully remove and serve.
  4. Chef's Note: If the potatoes are cut too large they may not finish cooking.
