Air Fryer Roasted Street Corn

Ingredients

  • 2 Ears corn on the cob, air fryer
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise, 4122091463
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 tsp Chili powder
  • 2.5 l Air fryer

Instructions

  1. Roast two ears of corn in 2.5 quart air fryer for 10 minutes.
  2. In a small bowl mix together mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, and chili powder.
  3. Once ears of corn are ready, spread mayonnaise mixture onto corn.
  4. Return corn back to drawer of fryer and heat an additional 5 minutes until cheese melts.
  5. Once cooled a little serve and enjoy!
  6. Chef’s Note: This recipe works great with any size air fryer but cook time will vary based on machine size.
