Air Fryer Roasted Street Corn

Ingredients
- 2 Ears corn on the cob, air fryer
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise, 4122091463
- 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/2 tsp Chili powder
- 2.5 l Air fryer
Instructions
- Roast two ears of corn in 2.5 quart air fryer for 10 minutes.
- In a small bowl mix together mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, and chili powder.
- Once ears of corn are ready, spread mayonnaise mixture onto corn.
- Return corn back to drawer of fryer and heat an additional 5 minutes until cheese melts.
- Once cooled a little serve and enjoy!
- Chef’s Note: This recipe works great with any size air fryer but cook time will vary based on machine size.
