Unsaved Air Fryer Roasted Hot Sauce

Ingredients

  • 3 Roma tomatoes
  • 1 Yellow onion(s)
  • 1 Jalapeño pepper(s)
  • 1 tbsp Fresh cilantro
  • 1 tbsp Fresh garlic clove(s)
  • 1 tbsp Morton Coarse Kosher Salt
  • 2 1/2 qt Air fryer

Instructions

  1. Place all produce except cilantro, and garlic into 2.5 quart air fryer basket.
  2. Place basket back into air fryer and set temperature to 385ºF for time directed.
  3. After time is up, empty all contents of basket into a blender. Add cilantro, garlic, and salt and pulse until favorite consistency is reached. Refrigerate and serve cold.
