Air Fryer Ribs with Better Than Good BBQ Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 Pkg. Pork Baby Back Ribs, about 3.4 lbs
- 5 tbsp Adams Reserve Gunpowder House Rub
- 1 Air Fryer, 8 Quart
- 1/4 cup Better Than Good Traditional Texas BBQ Sauce
Instructions
- To remove silver skin from back side of ribs, insert a butter knife between the skin and bones. Use paper towels to help grasp the skin and tug it off.
- Season both sides of ribs generously with house rub. Slice the rack of ribs in half.
- Set the air fryer to 400ºF. Place the ribs in the air fryer and cook for 20 minutes.
- Remove ribs from air fryer and place each rack on a piece of foil, bone-side down. Pour bbq sauce evenly over ribs and wrap foil tightly around each rack.
- Return ribs to air fryer and reduce heat to 330ºF. Cook for an additional 40 minutes.
