Air Fryer Pineapple Chicken Skewers

Ingredients

  • 8 oz Boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 20 oz Fresh Cut Pineapple
  • 4 oz Honey BBQ sauce
  • 5 3/4 qt Air fryer

Instructions

  1. Place chicken on a cutting board, cut into 1 1/2-inch cubes and set aside in a small bowl.
  2. Drain pineapple and place tidbits in another small bowl.
  3. Measure out honey bbq sauce into a cup.
  4. Alternately thread chicken and pineapple on the air fryer skewers until you have reached the top of the skewers.
  5. Place skewers on a small piece of foil, drizzle 2 ounces of bbq sauce over the top then place on skewer rack.
  6. Place rack in fryer and cook 7 minutes. Drizzle remaining bbq sauce over skewers then return to fryer and cook another 8 minutes. Remove and serve hot.
