Unsaved Air Fryer Crispy Chicken with Sweet Chili Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut in half
  • 1 cup Low fat buttermilk
  • 5 oz Pretzels, blended into crumbs
  • 2 fl oz Sweet chili sauce
  • 1 Air fryer

Instructions

  1. Place chicken in a medium mixing bowl, add buttermilk and turn chicken to coat. Cover and marinate for 2 hours in the refrigerator.
  2. One at a time, remove chicken pieces from marinade, coat in pretzel crumbs and place in air fryer basket. When all the chicken has been coated, cook on chicken setting (400ºF) for 15 minutes.
  3. In a medium mixing bowl, toss fried chicken in the sweet chili sauce.
