Air Fryer Classic Loaded Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 2 lb Baking potato, washed & cut in half
  • 4 oz Green onion(s), chopped
  • 1 cup H-E-B Select Ingredients Mild Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
  • 1 cup H-E-B 100% Real Crumbled Bacon Bits
  • 4 oz Sour cream
  • 2.5 l Air fryer

Instructions

  1. Place potatoes in air fryer and cook at 400ºF for 20 minutes, check after 10 minutes.
  2. Remove potatoes from air fryer and top with everything except sour cream.
  3. Bake an additional minute or until cheese is melted then top with sour cream to serve.
