Air Fryer BBQ Shrimp Skewers

Ingredients
- 1 lb Fresh Shrimp Shell-On, Farm Raised, 31-40 ct, peeled and deveined
- 4 oz Honey BBQ sauce, divided use
- 5 qt Air fryer
Instructions
- Rinse shrimp under cold water then dry it off.
- Using skewers that come with the 5.5 quart air fryer, thread the tail end of the shrimp on the skewer followed by the head end. Each skewer should hold 4 to 5 shrimp.
- Set the skewer holder on a piece of foil, place the shrimp skewers in the holder and drizzle half the bbq sauce over the top.
- Place skewer rack in air fryer and cook at 370°F for 6 minutes. Apply remaining bbq sauce and check shrimp for doneness. Depending on the size of the shrimp, you may need to cook an additional 6 minutes or so.
- Once shrimp are cooked remove from air fryer and serve hot.
- Chef's Note: This shrimp pairs great with all H-E-B Specialty Series Sauces.
