Air Fried Truffle Fries

Ingredients

  • 4 oz Frozen french fries
  • 1/2 tsp Truffle zest
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Italian parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1.5 l Air fryer

Instructions

  1. Add French fries to 1.5 quart air fryer drawer and turn heat to 400ºF.
  2. Set timer for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes open drawer and gently shake fries, sprinkle with truffle zest and push drawer back in. Set timer for an additional 5 minutes.
  3. When fries are done, remove from drawer and sprinkle with parsley and cheese. Serve hot.
  4. Chef’s Note: This recipe works great with any size air fryer but cook time will vary based on machine size.
