Ingredients
- 8 oz Hard tofu, cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1 cup Portabella cap mushrooms, whole
- 1 cup Red onions, cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 3 oz Fresh mild salsa
Instructions
- Set airfryer to 425ºF. Place tofu, mushrooms, and red onions in a large bowl, and toss with extra virgin olive oil.
- Transfer to the air fryer and cook for 10 minutes, adding fresh salsa during the last 2 minutes.
