Instructions

  1. Set airfryer to 425ºF. Place tofu, mushrooms, and red onions in a large bowl, and toss with extra virgin olive oil.
  2. Transfer to the air fryer and cook for 10 minutes, adding fresh salsa during the last 2 minutes.
