Air Fried Sriracha Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients

  • 16 oz Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Sriracha
  • 1 1/2 tsp Kosher salt
  • 2.5 l Air fryer

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl toss Brussels sprout with oil, sriracha, and salt until well coated.
  2. Place a single layer in air fryer basket and cook at 375ºF for 10 minutes, stirring halfway through, and cook for another 10 minutes, or until fork tender.
  3. Chefs Note: This recipe works great with any size air fryer but cook time will vary based on machine size.
