Air Fried Mac and Cheese Fritters

Ingredients

  • 7.2 oz Macaroni and cheese dinner mix, prepared according to package directions and chilled
  • 1/2 cup Panko bread crumbs
  • 2 tbsp Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 7 oz Diced green chiles, drained
  • 1 tsp Kosher salt
  • 2.5 l Air Fryer

Instructions

  1. Put chilled macaroni and cheese in a medium size bowl, stir in bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, green chiles and salt. Using a scoop or your hands, form into 2-inch patties or balls.
  2. Place in air fryer basket and cook at 375ºF for 8 to 10 minutes or until heated through and crispy on the outside.
  3. Chefs Note: This recipe works great with any size air fryer but cook time will vary based on machine size.
