Air Fried Crispy Togarashi Edamame

Ingredients
- 10 oz Frozen edamame, shelled
- 2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp Togarashi seasoning
- 5 3/4 qt Air fryer
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine edamame, olive oil, togarashi, and a generous pinch of salt and pepper. Toss to combine.
- Place edamame into basket of a 5.5 quart air fryer and set temperature to 400ºF and timer to 10 minutes.
- Once edamame are crispy and just browned, remove from fryer to a serving dish and allow to cool before serving.
- Chef's Note: Use in a salad or just as a snack and serve with your favorite dipping sauce. This recipe works great with any size air fryer but cook time will vary based on machine size.
