Air Fried Crispy Chicken Parm with Mozzarella

Ingredients
- 7 oz Breaded chicken fillets
- 1/2 cup Sweet tomatoes, quartered
- 2 oz Fresh mozzarella, chopped
- 1/2 cup Baby spinach, chopped
- 2 tbsp Fresh basil, chopped
- 1.5 l Air fryer
Instructions
- Place frozen chicken in the drawer of air fryer. It's ok to lean fillets along the sides so they fit. Turn temperature dial to 400ºF and set timer for 15 minutes.
- Meanwhile, combine tomatoes, mozzarella, spinach, and basil together, season with salt and pepper.
- Once chicken is crispy, lay flat in drawer and top with mixture. Close and cook an additional 5 minutes.
- Once cheese is melted, remove and enjoy.
- Chef’s Note: This recipe works great with any size air fryer but cook time will vary based on machine size.
