Air Fried Crispy Cauliflower

Ingredients
- 2 cups Italian seasoned bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup Parmesan and romano cheese, finely grated
- 10 oz Cauliflower florets
- 2 Large eggs, lightly beaten
- 5 3/4 qt Air fryer
Instructions
- In a small bowl mix bread crumbs with cheese.
- Coat cauliflower florets with egg and seasoned bread crumb mixture.
- Place in tray of air fryer and cook at 400°F for 6 to 8 minutes, or until bread crumbs are golden brown. Cooking time will vary depending on size of florets. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Chef's Note: Please note that the directions for this recipe were tested in a large (5.5 qt) air fryer. Time and temperature may vary for other air fryers.
