Air Fried Coconut Shrimp

Ingredients

  • 1/3 lb Jumbo coconut shrimp
  • 1 Butter flavor no-stick cooking spray, as needed
  • 1.5 l Air fryer

Instructions

  1. Place coconut shrimp evenly in 1.5 quart air fryer basket, spray tops of shrimp with a little non-stick spray and bake at 400°F for 15 minutes or until crispy.
  2. Once crispy, remove and allow to cool. Serve with your favorite sauce. Sweet chili sauce is a great dipping option.
  3. Chef’s Note: This recipe works great with any size air fryer but cook time will vary based on machine size.
