- 1 1/2 lb Chicken wing drumettes
- 1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 1/3 cup Frank's Red Hot Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce, or any hot sauce
- 1.5 l Air fryer

Instructions
- In a bowl, add chicken wings, olive oil and a liberal pinch of salt and pepper. Toss to coat wings thoroughly.
- Add to 1.5 quart air fryer basket and set temperature to 400°F.
- Cook 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked to an internal temperature of at least 165°F and is crispy.
- Place cooked wings in a bowl along with hot sauce. Toss to coat and season to taste with salt and pepper as needed.
- Chef’s Note: This recipe works great with any size air fryer but cook time will vary based on machine size.
