Gingerbread Waffles

Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 cups Pearl Milling Company® Buttermilk Complete Pancake & Waffle Mix
  • 2 1/4 cups Milk
  • 1/4 cup Molasses
  • 2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Ground Ginger

Instructions

  1. 1. In a large bowl, stir together pancake mix, cinnamon, and ginger. Add milk and molasses and whisk into dry ingredients just until moistened.
  2. 2.     Pour batter by 1/4 cupfuls onto a greased, hot griddle. Turn when bubbles form on top. Cook until second side is golden brown.
  3. 3.     Pile 'em high on a platter, because these things will disappear in a hurry!
  4. 4.     Drizzle with Pearl Milling Company™ Original Syrup, add a dollop of whipped cream and then sprinkle with desired toppings
