7 Layer Easy Melt Cheese Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 H-E-B That Green Sauce
  • 15 oz Black Beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 Easy melt cheese, sliced into 1 inch thick squares
  • 1 Pico de gallo, mild, drained
  • 1 Avocado, seeded and diced into 1/2 inch cubes
  • 4 oz Queso Fresco, crumbled
  • 1/2 Lime, halved

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375ºF. Combine sauce and black beans in bottom of 9" x 13" oven safe dish. Top with slices of cheese. Place in oven 15 to 20 minutes stirring occasionally until cheese melts completely.
  2. Remove from oven and stir to completely combine sauce and cheese. Top with pico de gallo and diced avocado. Sprinkle queso fresco on top. Squeeze lime over top of dip and serve with chips or warmed tortillas.
