  • 25 oz Marinara pasta sauce, divided use
  • 12 No boil lasagna noodles

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and line a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with parchment paper; set aside.
  2. In a medium pan over medium-high heat brown sausage, crumbling as it cooks, 5 to 6 minutes. Set aside to cool.
  3. In a large bowl, combine sausage and ricotta; set aside.
  4. Coat bottom of baking dish with 1 cup of marinara sauce then layer 3 pieces of lasagna, about 1/3 of ricotta mixture and 1/3 cup of sauce; repeat until ricotta mixture is used.
  5. Top with last 3 pieces of lasagna, remaining sauce and mozzarella cheese.
  6. Cover with foil and bake 45 minutes then 10 additional minutes uncovered.
