30 Minute Green Chili Pork Loin

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb Boneless pork center loin roast
  • 32 oz Green chili stew
  • 1 Instant pot

Instructions

  1. Combine pork and stew together in the pressure cooker.
  2. Place lid on cooker and lock tight. Set pressure to high setting.
  3. Allow to cook for 30 minutes then turn off heat and allow to sit for at least 10 minutes. Turn pressure release valve to release pressure carefully.
  4. Remove lid carefully, and shred pork loin with a fork.
  5. Serve with tortillas or over rice.
