Unsaved 20 Minute Beef Stew

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Beef bone broth
  • 16 oz Frozen vegetable soup mix
  • 20 oz Frozen wild mushrooms in garlic herb sauce
  • 1 Fully cooked beef pot roast
  • 3 cups Low sodium vegetable juice

Instructions

  1. Place beef, reserved liquid and all other ingredients into a 3 quart saucepan. Bring to a simmer over medium heat and cook 20 minutes. Serve.
  2. Remove pot roast from package (save the liquid) and cut into bite size pieces.
