Unsaved 2 Step Turkey Salad

Ingredients

  • 16 oz Lean ground turkey
  • 1.5 oz Less sodium taco seasoning mix
  • 12.8 oz Southwest chopped salad kit

Instructions

  1. Heat a medium size pan over medium-high; add ground turkey and taco seasoning and stir to combine.
  2. Cook until well browned, about 5 minutes, then drain off any fat; set aside.
  3. Prepare salad (except tortilla strips) in a large a bowl and toss with dressing; set aside.
  4. Layer turkey over salad mix and garnish with tortilla strips.
