Ingredients
- 16 oz Lean ground turkey
- 1.5 oz Less sodium taco seasoning mix
- 12.8 oz Southwest chopped salad kit
Instructions
- Heat a medium size pan over medium-high; add ground turkey and taco seasoning and stir to combine.
- Cook until well browned, about 5 minutes, then drain off any fat; set aside.
- Prepare salad (except tortilla strips) in a large a bowl and toss with dressing; set aside.
- Layer turkey over salad mix and garnish with tortilla strips.
